speedtest for aquiss customers

Wonder if it would make sense to have Aquiss based speediest similar to what AA ISP does based on this project https://github.com/librespeed/speedtest , provided there can be a local UK server.

We will take a look at this, however, we are mindful that network operators, such as BTW, will insist on their own checkers being used when recording issues against circuits.
