ISP reported as CityFibre
Yes, I've noticed that too. My address is assigned from 78.32.0.0/15, which is part of AS8468, which appears to belong to CityFibre/Entanet. Curiously, reverse-resolving my address produces '78-32-x-x.static.aquiss.com', where those immediately adjacent produce '78-32-x-x.static.enta.net'. I wonder if Aquiss is leasing individual addresses from CF, or....? Martin may or may not want to enlighten us 
I can confirm this is to be expected, for part of our customer base.
I was one of the founders of Entanet and through this I have a very long standing relationship with them. We have a broker leasing arrangement with them for quite a large slice of IPs. They have not helped matters recently however by rebranding all Entanet assets as CityFibre, confusing the lines.
