Whatsapp channel messages

Just some feedback about the last few Whatsapp channel updates.

The main thing I'm interested in is service updates - particularly planned and unplanned outages. I'd really like the volume of other stuff to be as low as possible.

The last three messages have been:

1. An announcement of improvements to repair appointment availability to users on the Cityfibre network. Fair enough: even though it doesn't apply to me, it does apply to a substantial proportion of existing customers, residential and business.

2. A plea to spread the word about Aquiss amongst friends and neighbours. That's just noise. If people are happy with Aquiss they will already be spreading the word (as I do). I don't need to be cajoled into it.

3. An announcement about new business services on the Cityfibre network. That is a sales message, which I don't want and is irrelevant to me as an existing customer.

Those messages were just a few days apart, so it starts to get annoying. If you could limit announcements of new products and services to perhaps one summary per month, I would be fine with that. Otherwise, if you could create a separate channel which is *only* service updates, I would happily subscribe to that instead.
