I hope that RSS feeds will continue for those of us who don't indulge in WhatsApp, and that we don't miss important stuff that is broadcast on that channel...

RSS Feeds, Network Status Pages and WhatsApp Channels get fed the same network planned/unplanned outage information. No changes to this arrangement are on my plans, so if RSS feeds is your thing, you will continue to get the information.

WhatsApp merely gives us a platform to get information out, to a lot of customers, quickly, therefore allowing us to focus more resources on the network issues, should they arise and hopefully allowing quicker fix times.
