Cityfibre availability page- Aquiss not listed

On the city fibre availability page there are 21 other providers listed for my street. This continues to increase over time, but Aquiss is never listed. Why is this? I have just had my 2.5gbps installed and it is awesome. But Aquiss not being listed is a problem, so far I have suggested Aquiss to several people, but the lack of official listing puts them off. Also city fibre is running a £150 reward to join their network via the availability page. I had to email city fibre directly to make sure I was included. Most people wont bother and will choose someone else.

Why is this?

Politics. They are still somewhat miffed I pulled several £million of business from them due to poor performance of their off-net "Openreach" products and the team behind it.

However, we are told that we are their fastest growing "CityFibre" products partner.
