Hey, I've been out of the country dealing with sick relatives. I had the card I used on my Aquiss frozen due to suspicious spending, we thought it got the details stolen.
Anyhow, when I came back I saw that the service had been suspended because Aquiss was on that same card and it wasn't using direct debit. So I don't know what to do, it's the weekends now and I'd want my service but no one's available to talk to.

Hey, again I do apologise I was out of Europe entirely and had a hard time getting into my emails. I appreciate you guys did all your due diligence and I am sorry. I tried to login to my account to pay the invoices however it seems the account has been closed or deleted; even trying to click forgot password gives me no emails. If there is any way for us to figure this out because I am back now and willing to pay as I do need the connection. I will gladly oblige.
