City Fibre availability mystery

I want to upgrade to city fibre, city fibre wants me to upgrade but i cant. The availability checker for aquiss says no, while the one for city fibre says yes. I know the network is complete in my street, but i don't know if anyone else has been able to sign up yet. Is this a database error with city?

The best thing to do is open up a sales ticket via https://support.aquiss.net/en/tickets/create/step1 and we will see if we can see anything.
PS: We can't deploy to Aberdeen or Inverness areas yet, as neither area has been added to the CF national network product.
