I am on an Openreach connection on a 220 package. My regrade options are 80, 550 and 1000. But your page here https://www.aquiss.net/unlimited-fttp-fibre-broadband/ gives the overall range of options as 80, 160, 330, 550 and 1000. So it looks like you are offering new customers 160 and 330, but I couldn’t regrade to these speeds, but you are not offering new customers the 220 I am on. So what is happening here?
